There is a healing power for good in the Universe that is greater than you are, and you use it now as you accept the healing intention of these words:
FORGIVENESS
I come to realize and accept that Infinite Spirit acts through me, creating a perfect environment for my existence. I choose to walk a path that lets me live in a loving Universe each day.
In this Unity of thought, I now look for creative ways to allow forgiveness in all aspects of my life. I speak my word now to bring this experience into my life and the lives of all people with which I have contact.
There is no room for criticism, there is no storage closet for hatred to hide in my thinking. I make no judgments. Yesterday's mistakes (mine and other people's) no longer exist, for the past is dead, and the future is imaginary. Today is new, and I celebrate the gift of forgiveness.
I give thanks for the gift of forgiveness. I know that I "give up" dark thoughts and walk in the pure light of God's love.
I release these words into the Universe, knowing as I do they become the Law of my Life. I forgive and I am forgiven.
And so it is.
