There is a healing power for good in the Universe that is greater than you are, and you use it now as you accept the healing intention of these words:
HOPE
I recognize the fact that today is the time in which I must cut loose from the threads of previous experiences, wherever they were negative, and I deliberately make up my mind that I shall no longer create my future out of the old past.
In this Unity of thinking I deliberately use the Law of Good to overcome resentment and animosity toward my self and others.
I realize that God is the only Presence and the only Power in the Universe, and knowing that God is Love, I now turn from everything that is unlike this Love. I desire that this Love and compassion fill my life, as I wish the same for others. I choose now to make this thinking the Theme of My Life.
I give thanks for the gift of reasoning, and the ability to see my future clearly in the actions I take today. I have hope for all good within me, and for all people in my world.
I release these thoughts into the Universe, knowing as I do, they become the Law of my Life. Ernest Holmes
