HOW TO PRACTICE:
Begin with any day.
 
Read the daily affirmation, then say:
 
I am free from danger
I have mental happiness
I have physical happiness
I have ease of well being
I am healthy
I am prosperous
 
Then, close your eyes and think on this for 5 minutes.
 
 
Sunday: My goal is Peace of Mind.
I accept the gift of abundance in all areas of my life.
I am.....
 
Monday: My goal is peace of Mind.
I accept perfect right action in all areas of my life.
I am.....
 
Tuesday: My goal is peace of Mind.
There is no failure. I anticipate success in all my activities.
I am.....
 
Wednesday:  My goal is peace of Mind.
My business/work grows and develops as I believe (focus) on it.
I am.....
 
Thursday: My goal is peace of Mind.
Friendship and love, my greatest asset, I share with everyone.
I am....
 
Friday:  My goal is peace of Mind.
I release all fear from my thinking.  I am guided by goodness within me.

Saturday: My goal is peace of Mind.
My relationships improve as I nurture them and me.
